When can I expect my package?
We ship out products every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, except for holidays. Under normal circumstances, it may take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to receive your order(s). Please note that additional delays may occur due to impact of COVID on the shipping carriers. Please be aware it could take up to two weeks to receive your order.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Can you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes we can! We use USPS to ship out our website orders.

Is shipping free?
No, shipping is not free due to the increase in shipping costs we’ve faced. Soom Foods is still footing most of the shipping costs, but we’ve had to pass some of the costs onto our customers. Below is the shipping pricing chart per product.

Why can I only add 1 item to my cart?
For packing purposes, we limited the amount of items you can add to your cart. Mixed packages have been extremely difficult for our warehouse team to pack during the pandemic. If you’d like to order more than one item, you’ll have to place additional orders. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it’s the most efficient way for our team to get the products to you at this time. And yes, shipping is more expensive.

Where can I buy your products?
Purchase Soom from our site, other online retailers, and specialty stores across the country. We are currently sold at all Whole Foods Market Mid-Atlantic stores and all MOM’s Organic Market stores. Check out our find us page for more details.

Do you sell Soom in Canada?
For wholesale inquiries, please e-mail orders@soomfoods.com. For at home-cooks, Soom is sold in a few retail locations and online stores. Check our find us page to see where!

Do you sell Soom in the UK and Europe?
We currently do not sell Soom products in the UK & Europe.

The package I received is leaking. What should I do?
Thanks for letting us know about the leak.  Sesame oil is reluctant, and occasionally breaks through – especially in the summer and with not so careful handling from our shipping carriers. The oil leakage poses no threat to the contents of the tahini inside!  Tahini is shelf stable, even once opened.  It can be stored in the pantry. However, we don’t want you to be disappointed with your purchasing experience. Please email us at customersupport@soomfoods.com and we’ll make it right by you.

My package hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
You should have received an email with a tracking number once your package ships. If there’s an issue with delivery, please email orders@soomfoods.com and we’ll help to get the issue fixed!

There’s a problem with my order. What should I do?
So sorry about that! Please email customersupport@soomfoods.com and we’ll make it right by you, whether you prefer receiving a refund or a replacement. Your happiness is of the utmost importance.

What is Soom’s return or refund policy?
