Other than the organic certification, is there any difference between Soom’s Premium and Organic tahinis?

How do I read the expiration date on the tahini bottles?
A bottle may have an expiration date of 18/1/20, which means it’s good until January 18th, 2020.
I noticed Soom Tahini is smoother and more runny than other tahini I’ve tried. Is this how it’s supposed to be?
Soom tends to be thinner than a lot of other tahini on the market. The ratio of the sesame oil to the sesame “meat” makes it a creamy, pourable consistency. Also, depending on temperature, the tahini may feel a bit thinner or thicker. It should settle in a cool, dry place such as in a pantry. However, many people prefer to keep it in the fridge.
I noticed dark “specks” in my Soom tahini. Is this normal?
These dark specks are totally natural. As an agricultural product, no two seeds of sesame are the same. The black spots are just part of the hull. It is 100% okay to eat.
