Life is much like smoothies, you get out what you put in! This recipe was adapted from Coffee and Quinoa.

 

  1. Blend 2 pitted and chopped dates1 cup frozen blueberries1 frozen banana1 cup plain Greek yogurt1/4 cup milk, 2, tbsp Soom Tahini, 1 tbsp ground flax seed, and a sprinkle of cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Add more milk if you desire a thinner consistency.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
