Life is much like smoothies, you get out what you put in! This recipe was adapted from Coffee and Quinoa.
- Blend 2 pitted and chopped dates, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup milk, 2, tbsp Soom Tahini, 1 tbsp ground flax seed, and a sprinkle of cinnamon until smooth.
- Add more milk if you desire a thinner consistency.
- Serve and enjoy!
