This beet tahini shake is beyond flavorful thanks to the beets, tahini, silan. Make this dairy-free shake for breakfast or dessert. It’s also perfect to serve to children!
- Pour ½ can coconut milk into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Reserve the remaining coconut milk.
- Add frozen coconut milk cubes, the remaining ½ can coconut milk and 1 tbsp Love Beets Powder, 1/4 cup Soom Tahini, 1-2 tbsp Soom Silan (or 4 Medjool dates), 1 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to a blender and blend for 1-3 minutes until smooth and thick.
- Garnish with Soom Silan, coconut whipped cream, crushed rose petals, and crushed pistachios and enjoy!
