This beet tahini shake is beyond flavorful thanks to the beets, tahini, silan. Make this dairy-free shake for breakfast or dessert. It’s also perfect to serve to children!

Ingredients:
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Love Beets Powder
- 1/4 cup Soom Tahini
- 2-3 tbsp Soom Silan Date Syrup (or 4 Medjool dates), plus more for topping
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Coconut whipped cream
- Crushed rose petals
- Crushed pistachios
Directions:
- Pour ½ of the can of coconut milk into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Reserve the remaining coconut milk.
- Add frozen coconut milk cubes, the remaining ½ can coconut milk, beet powder, tahini, silan date syrup (or Medjool dates), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to a blender and blend for 1-3 minutes until smooth and thick.
- Garnish with additional silan date syrup, coconut whipped cream, crushed rose petals, and crushed pistachios and enjoy!
