This beet tahini shake is beyond flavorful thanks to the beets, tahini,  silan. Make this dairy-free shake for breakfast or dessert. It’s also perfect to serve to children!

  1. Pour ½ of the can of coconut milk into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Reserve the remaining coconut milk.
  2. Add frozen coconut milk cubes, the remaining ½ can coconut milk, beet powder, tahini, silan date syrup (or Medjool dates), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to a blender and blend for 1-3 minutes until smooth and thick.
  3. Garnish with additional silan date syrup, coconut whipped cream, crushed rose petals, and crushed pistachios and enjoy!
