  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Smother 1 head of cauliflower that has been chopped with 2 tbsp Soom Tahini, 2 tbsp dijon mustard1 tbsp olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Roast for 45 minutes and serve hot.
