  1. Boil water in a small pot. Add 1 (10-ounce) pack of frozen peas, or 2 cups shelled fresh peas (about 2 -2½ pounds in pods) and cook until just tender. Drain well.
  2. In a food processor, combine 1-2 garlic cloves garlic½ tbsp fresh lemon juice and ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, stalks removed and torn into pieces. Grind into a paste. Add a 1 tbsp of water, if needed.
  3. Add the peas,¼ cup Soom Tahini1 tsp kosher salt and ¼ tsp black pepper. Process until pureed smooth.
