- Boil water in a small pot. Add 1 (10-ounce) pack of frozen peas, or 2 cups shelled fresh peas (about 2 -2½ pounds in pods) and cook until just tender. Drain well.
- In a food processor, combine 1-2 garlic cloves garlic, ½ tbsp fresh lemon juice and ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, stalks removed and torn into pieces. Grind into a paste. Add a 1 tbsp of water, if needed.
- Add the peas,¼ cup Soom Tahini, 1 tsp kosher salt and ¼ tsp black pepper. Process until pureed smooth.
