  1. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup Soom Tahini, 1 tbsp sherry vinegar, 1 tbsp Soom Silan, 2 tsp chili garlic sauce, 1/2 tsp curry powder and 1/4 tsp kosher salt and more to taste. Gradually whisk in water in 1 tablespoon increments until sauce is smooth, and desired consistency is achieved.
    2. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 10 days, or use on top of favorite cooked
    protein.
