  1. In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, sherry vinegar, silan date syrup, chili garlic sauce, curry powder and kosher salt to taste. Gradually whisk in water in 1 tablespoon increments until sauce is smooth, and desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 10 days, or use on top of favorite cooked
    protein.
