Our favorite ways of using this spicy-sweet-savory sauce is as a topping to grain bowls, as a spread on sandwiches, and tossed with crispy tofu or grilled chicken.

- 1/4 cup Soom Tahini
- 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soom Silan Date Syrup
- 2 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, sherry vinegar, silan date syrup, chili garlic sauce, curry powder and kosher salt to taste. Gradually whisk in water in 1 tablespoon increments until sauce is smooth, and desired consistency is achieved.
