Pair this Miso Tahini dressing with just about anything! Top off a deconstructed sushi bowl with this delicious umami sauce, or drizzle it over your favorite salad. We highly recommend it over a grain bowl to bring punchy brightness to the bowl. It also makes a great creamy dip that pairs beautifully with crunchy raw veggies.
- 6 tbsp Soom Tahini
- 2 tbsp red miso paste
- 2 inch knob of peeled fresh ginger
- 1 juiced lemon
- 1 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup filtered water
- In a food processor fitted with an S blade, or a high-speed blender, pulse ingredients until the mixture is smooth and well-emulsified.
