- Add 1 juiced lemon, 1/2 cup Soom Tahini, 1 can of pumpkin puree, 2 cans of chickpeas and 2 cloves of garlic to food processor and process until smooth.
- Add 2/3 cup olive oil, 2 tsp of salt, a pinch of cayenne pepper & black pepper in increments.
- Process again to blend spices, tasting and adding as necessary
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle cayenne to serve
