  1. Add 1 juiced lemon1/2 cup Soom Tahini, 1 can of pumpkin puree, 2 cans of chickpeas and 2 cloves of garlic to food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Add 2/3 cup olive oil2 tsp of salt, a pinch of  cayenne pepper & black pepper in increments.
  3. Process again to blend spices, tasting and adding as necessary
  4. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle cayenne to serve
