The recipe for these Tahini Caramel Apples was developed by Molly at My Name is Yeh. Using store bought caramel and mixing it with tahini tasted even better than the homemade caramel she had been working on. She says, “the tahini does a great job of cutting the sweetness from the caramel and kind of bridges the gap from tart to sweet.” Also, if you have leftovers of the tahini caramel, pour it onto a sheet of waxed paper and cover it with chopped pretzels.” Once it hardens, try resisting the urge to eat them all.
