Pair these Soom Tahini cookies with a tall, cold glass of milk and enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix 1 stick of butter, 1 cup Soom Tahini, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla.
  4. Mix on medium speed until combined.
  5. Mix 1 cup + 1 tbsp all purpose flour and 1 tsp baking soda together.
  6. Add butter to mixture and beat to just combine.
  7. Scoop 2 tbsp of dough and shape into a ball.
  8. Place on lined baking sheet.
  9. Top dough with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
  10. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  11. Let cool for about 10 minutes.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
