  • 1/4 cup Soom Tahini
  • 3 tbsp warm water
  • 1/2 juicy lime
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp thyme
  • Pepper to taste



  1. Whisk together the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
