- My search has ended. This tahini will forever be in my pantry or refrigerator. I will never use another brand again. The smoothest, creamiest, non-bitter tahini on the planet, and I have tried nearly every brand that is available (including some from overseas). It makes delicious dressings, incredible, mind-blowing hummus (if you know how to properly make good hummus already of course), and is fabulous drizzled on roasted vegetables, cooked quinoa, or whatever your heart desires. Highly recommend!

- BY FAR the BEST tahini I’ve ever worked with. I’m Lebanese-American and was on a quest to make the perfect hummus. Now that I’ve found Soom, I think I’ve achieved it. It’s creamy, light in color, and great tasting. I only wish I could get tubs of it, so it didn’t run out so quickly. I will never use another tahini again.
