  • 1/2 cup Soom Tahini
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp ice cold water, plus more as needed
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese*
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

*Sub in nutritional yeast to make this dressing vegan

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust as needed.
