  1. Combine 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek1 garlic clove that has been minced, 2 tbsp Soom Tahini, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill or mint, and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.
