This Garlic Yogurt Tahini Dip (or sauce) packs fresh flavor with creamy richness. Place it on a crudité platter or serve with pita or pita chips for an appetizer that delights.

 

  1. Combine 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt1 minced garlic clove, 2 tbsp Soom Tahini, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill or mint, and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.
  2. Top with sumac to serve (optional).
